Stéphane Gras named CEO of the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco


Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco announces that Stéphane Gras will lead the team at the luxurious 277-room Hotel in the heart of the Yerba Buena Arts District on Market Street. A graduate of the famed Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, Gras is known for creating unparalleled experiences for guests around the world.

An experienced hotelier, Gras has held positions in five different countries. His new position as General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco marks his return to the United States, where he began his career in 1999 at Four Seasons Hotel New York.

Since then, he has held positions at Waldorf Astoria, New York, Four Seasons Hotel Austin, Four Seasons Newport Beach (formerly a Four Seasons Hotel), Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, Four Seasons Hotel Baku, and most recently, Four Seasons Hotel Megeve in France.

Over the past three years, Gras and his team have positioned the unique collection of two hotels and nine restaurants as one of Europe’s most acclaimed ski destinations.
