European expansion revealed for the art’otel brand


EU: lifestyle hotel brand art’otel, owned by PPHE Hotel Group, has revealed expansion plans in three European cities between fall 2023 and early 2024.

Located in the center of the Croatian capital, the art’otel Zagreb will feature 110 rooms, a rooftop bar, restaurant and bar, four meeting spaces, as well as a spa and indoor pool.

In spring 2024, art’otel Rome will open with 99 rooms, a restaurant and a bar with an outdoor terrace, along with an art gallery. The project is a refurbishment of an old hotel that closed in 2022.

As the second London site for the brand, art’otel Hoxton is scheduled to open in early 2024. Designed by Squire & Partners, the 27-storey hotel will offer 356 rooms, including 60 suites, a restaurant and bar, art gallery , space events, an auditorium, as well as leisure facilities such as an indoor pool.

The next three art’otel properties will join existing sites in Amsterdam, Berlin, Cologne and Battersea Power Station in London.

Earlier this month, PPHE announced the inclusion of art’otel in the Radisson Hotel Group portfolio to accelerate the global expansion of the brand.
