Ailing GIHOC boss Kofi Jumah stays on as Board appoints management committee has seen a memo from GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited which has established a management committee to handle the day-to-day running of the state-owned enterprise (SOE).

The decision contained in the memorandum was taken by the board in anticipation of Mr. Maxwell Kofi Jumah’s return from sick leave.

Attorney Annette Obenewaa Adutwum, Hon Richmond Sam Quarm and Mr. Damiel Odame, according to the Memorandum, will act as chair, vice-chair and member, respectively, of the three-member management committee in the absence of the CEO.

The former Member of Parliament (MP) from the Asokwa constituency in the Ashanti region, looks very sick and does not have the usual goofy and heavy look.

It should be remembered that broke the news of the GIHOC Chief’s physical changes when he was seen at one of Dr. Bawumia’s campaign group activities.

Mr. Jumah was also once the Kumasi Metropolitan Chief Executive Officer (MCE)

He is also the father-in-law of the incumbent president Nana Addo, as his son married the president’s daughter in a lavish private marriage ceremony.
