Biography- A public inquiry into the murder of a man who died after a violent interaction with up to nine Vancouver police officers is scheduled to begin Monday.
Following the course of the investigation, officers may be asked questions about what happened in public for the first time in more than seven years.
The coroner’s inquest is investigating the death of Myles Gray, 33, who died on August 13, 2015, while engaged in a backyard standoff with police in Burnaby, British Columbia.

According to a BC District Attorney’s report, officers grabbed Gray’s arms and legs, punched, kicked and kneed him, pepper sprayed him and beat him with a baton.
