Diablo’s official Twitter account announced the game’s gold status today, with an image showing the game’s main antagonist, Lilith, accompanying the announcement. “Can you feel her presence now?” the tweet said, referring to the villain in the photo.
Recent beta testing on all consoles and PC resulted in the announcement of various changes to be made in the game, including optimized dungeons and major changes to all classes. The most recent issue of Game Informer published a cover story on the game, which revealed that it will be getting new content. “every three months.”
The new Diablo is set to be the biggest game in franchise history, with over 120 dungeons, dozens of side quests, world bosses, and more available in the main story. New endgame content has also been added, including model boards, designated PvP zones, and new challenges called Nightmare Dungeons.
