Like clockwork, Xur has returned to the solar system and is ready for another weekend of intergalactic sales in Destiny 2. As usual, you’ll be able to pick up a selection of exotic weapons and armor, legacy gear, and a xenology quest. to win an exotic cipher. You can also visit Saint-14 to see which team will play in Trials of Osiris. Here’s where you can find Xur this weekend and what Agent of the Nine has for sale.
This week you can find Xur in Towerwithin Hangar. For his weapon, Xur is offering the black claw exotic sword. Hunters can collect the Shards of Galanor gauntlets; Titans can grab the Wards of Antaeus boots; and for Warlocks, Xur has the Verity’s eyebrow helmet.
Xur’s location
Spawn using the Courtyard broadcast zone in the Tower to find Xur this week. Head left and down the stairs to enter the Hangar section, then hang another one on the left. Head to the north end of the area and look for a ladder that will lead you to a catwalk, where Xur is waiting for you.

The Exotic Cipher limit will also increase as you will be able to hold up to five at a time.
Xur is present every weekend in Destiny 2, starting with the daily reset at 10am PT / 1pm ET every Friday. His exact location is always a mystery when he first arrives, as he doesn’t appear on the map, and for novice players, it can be easy to miss. However, there are a set number of places where he takes up residence for himself, including the Tower Hangar area, on Nessus in Watcher’s Grave, and in the Winding Cove area of ββthe EDZ.
exotic weapons
black claw

While exotic swords can be risky to use in high level combat, these are still great weapons to have equipped in your power slot for when you want to quickly split enemies apart. Black Talon doesn’t show up too often in Xur’s inventory, but when you do have it, it’s a great sword that can slice through enemies when you’re at full ability energy. With the right Void-focused build using this season’s mods, it has devastating potential.
hawk moon

It’s another below average week for Hawkmoon, with the curated roll being Hip-Fire Grip. That increases accuracy, stability, and accuracy when firing from the hip, but with a hand cannon that makes every precision shot count, it’s not the best advantage to have. Everything else on this roll is from the standard group of perks, which includes the Polygonal Rifling, Combat Grip, and Alloy Magazine.
- alloy magazine
- polygonal striate
- hip grip
- combat grip
dead man’s tale

Dead Man’s Tale isn’t exceptional this week, but it’s not too bad either. More like a PvP-focused spread, the signature perk of this build is Snapshot Sights, which give you a faster time to aim down sights. The rifled barrel and armor-piercing rounds come in handy, while the composite stock does a good job of keeping this scout rifle stable.
- rifled barrel
- armor-piercing rounds
- instant views
- compound actions

exotic armor
Shards of Galanor

Galanor Shards used to be the go-to Exotic for Sun Hunters back when Blade Barrage was one of the most powerful Supers in the game, but since that was nerfed in Lightfall, it’s hard to justify equipping this pile of junk. A good Solar build can still get that Super going, and for the stats, this exotic has great stamina, recovery, and discipline numbers to draw from.
- Mobility: 3
- resilience: 11
- Recovery: 19
- discipline: 17
- Intellect: 11
- Strength: 2
- total: 63
Wards of Antaeus

Antaeus Wards is a very PvP-focused Exotic, as it gives Titans a very impressive dash ability. Sliding into enemies and unloading with a shotgun has always been a great tactic in the Crucible, and these boots also benefit from some great stats in all the right departments. Excellent stamina and strength come with this roll, and the recovery isn’t too bad either.
- Mobility: 3
- Resilience: 19
- Recovery: 10
- discipline: 6
- Intellect: 6
- Strength: 18
- total: 62
Verity’s eyebrow

This Warlock helmet does a lot, depending on the fulfillment of certain requirements. The grenade-focused builds are where it excels, as you’ll be able to quickly recharge that ability and throw enhanced explosives at enemies. The teamwork aspect isn’t too bad either, but in Season 20, Sunbracers have proven to be a more useful alternative to Verity’s Brow if you plan to focus on grenades. In terms of numbers, this exotic has a very good stamina stat, while recovery, discipline, and strength also boast great numbers.
- Mobility: 2
- Resilience: 19
- Recovery: 11
- discipline: 12
- Intellect: 7
- Strength: 9
- total: 60
