Isreal DMW, Davido’s logistics manager, has finally broken his silence about the alleged failed contract between him and an online seller.
On their Instagram page, the 02 artists stated that the online seller did not pay them the full amount of money they requested, but demanded that they promote their products.
Urging her to honor her part of the agreement, he stated that she can only promote her products with a video of him if she abides by her agreement.
He claimed that their initial agreement was for him to post his products on his story, which he did twice.
“Measure, pay the amount that I have asked if you really want a video of me promoting our products. Because it was never in our initial agreement. Our previous agreement was for me to post our products on my story. Which I did completely twice. Thank you”.
Ngnews247 reported that an online provider, by the name of Mides Haven, had called Isreal DMW.
The lady accused the logistics manager of an unpaid debt and tried to steal 800k from him.
She claimed that all avenues to contact him proved unsuccessful as he blocked her on all social media platforms and emails she sent to the DMW lawyer and managers went unanswered.
Recounting the incident, she claimed that she contacted Isreal in December to post a publicity video of him promoting her herbs on her page. She claimed that he charges her 1 million and she paid N800k deposit.
She revealed that she met him at the airport to give him the products and he did not inform her that he would not post.
Surprisingly, just a few days after their meeting, he asked her to send him the balance and when she asked for a video of the announcement, he used Ifeanyi’s death as an excuse, adding that 30BG doesn’t refund when she demanded her money.
“@isrealdmw wants to steal 800k from me. I’m calling online because all avenues to contact him have failed. I’ve been begging since December. I emailed the Dmw lawyer and managers to speak with him. No response, I guess they didn’t see it.
In December, I contacted Isreal about posting a promotional video of him promoting my herbs on his page. He cashed out a million and i paid 800k deposit when i make the video and i like it i will send the balance to him to post. (Please swipe to hear the voice memo for that.)
So I met him at the airport to give him the products, and he never told me that he couldn’t ship them. (swipe to see)
Few days later he started asking for balance and I asked him for a video, then he mentioned that he couldn’t post at that time because of what happened, but he never told me this before. So I asked for a refund he said 30bg they don’t refund ok when will you post? He said that he doesn’t know.
After he mentioned this, I even understood the situation, and I thought that he hadn’t even thought about this and you didn’t tell me either.
Meanwhile, the money was my marketing budget for December. So i said ok to make the video since you cant post it i will take it to blogs to promote it but he refused he said i should send the balance first. And I thought, wouldn’t it be stupid of me to give him more money when I haven’t gotten value for what I paid before? Then he blocked me, any number I contact him will block him, he has blocked 4 numbers so far.
I looked up his wife and did not beg her to talk to him, since then I have been begging different people to talk to him. From my friend who knows people in Dmw to Mr. Tunde, to various other people.
It was just this month after the album was released that she posted a photo of my bag of goods to her story. This was never what we agreed to after waiting over 4 months. So I called him and then he said I should go and bring 10 million for the video. This was not what we agreed to. Tunji Dmw also tried to talk to him but he still refused. The photo he posted I didn’t take by taking up to 3 clients out of it, and my followers didn’t increase because no one understood what it was about. How can I pay 800k and not get value for money, no followers or customers?
