
USA: Investment and trading platform Eagle Point Hotel Partners (EPHP), together with the Missouri-based company hotel branding and design agency Longitude, will launch The Ozarker Lodge in Branson, Missouri.
The partnership marks the first hotel acquisition, renovation and repositioning for EPHP and Longitude, with plans to expand throughout the Midwest in the coming years.
Opening Summer 2023, the Ozarker Lodge will offer 102 guest rooms, a lobby lounge with an indoor floating fireplace along with a community pantry and dining area, outdoor fire pits, hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, trucks food revolvers, a cafeteria bar, and a store called Storeroom that will sell coffee, beer and wine, brand name merchandise and local products.

The Ozarker Lodge is the first Midwestern property at EPHP‘s, joining the independent hotels Calistoga Motor Lodge in Napa Valley, Anvil Hotel in Jackson, Wyoming and Soundview in Greenport, New York.
