Big Brother Titans star Yvonne Godswill Awanga has revealed that she was kicked out of college in her third year.

The businesswoman said that she was teased for fighting and that her mother was furious with her, but her father understood the situation.

Yvonne recalled her experience during a recent interview with media personality Hero Daniels, adding that she had to rewrite JAMB and apply to another university to start over.

He bbtitans finalist said that when she gained admission to a new institution, her classmates at the previous university from which she was expelled had graduated.

She, however, said that if she had bought a certificate without re-enrolling, she wanted to experience school life.

Yvonne said; “I was involved in a fight. It was a complicated situation. And I was in my third year. It’s not like it’s an academic problem, so you can imagine that kind of clumsy stupidity that will get you kicked out of school.

“My mom was so mad at me. She was like ‘You’ve joined a bad gang.’ He was crazy! I did the release [in the church] because he thought something was wrong with me.

“Only my dad understood. You already know that the lion was not born from the goat. He was like ‘What’s your plan?’ I was like ‘I want to go back to school’. He was like ‘fine’. I had to write JAMB because it was rustic. So, I had to like starting all over again.

“By the time I got to the first year, my classmates [at my former school] he had graduated. I was sad. I was depressed. It was so bad that the next school I went to I couldn’t relate to people because I felt like I was the mom of the class. I’m like three or four years older than people in my class.”
