
Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced today that a Hyatt affiliate has signed a franchise agreement with FP Global (Private) Limited for Hyatt Regency Lahore DHA, which will mark the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Pakistan and a significant step forward in Hyatt’s plans to expand its portfolio of brands in Southwest Asia. Situated within Defense Housing Authority Phase 6 (DHA-6), the property will be operated by Valor Hospitality Partners and is expected to open in 2024.

Currently undergoing renovations, the 94-room property will feature a range of exquisite dining options with six food and beverage outlets, including all-day dining venues, two specialty restaurants, a lobby lounge, the Regency Club and The Market, the cafeteria style. option where guests can have a snack at any time. Thoughtful amenities like separate men’s and women’s fitness centers and swimming pools will help guests rejuvenate and keep up with their Health Schedule; while approximately 8,600 square feet (800 square meters) of flexible meeting and event space, including a ballroom, will make the hotel the ideal venue for any occasion.
