It’s Wednesday, which means once again it’s time for the weekly fuel price update for Malaysia, and the Ministry of Finance has announced retail fuel prices for the upcoming week of January 26-February 1, 2023.
The flat trend continues for RON 97 gasoline, as premium gasoline is still priced at RM3.35 per liter, the same as before. In the past week.
Similarly, there are no changes in the prices of RON 95 gasoline, which remains in its maximum price of RM2.05 per liter which was set by the government in February 2021. Therefore, the same also applies to diesel fuels, where the Euro 5 B10 and B20 blends are priced at RM2.15 per litre, and the Euro 5 B& blend continues with a margin of 20 sen above, at RM2.35 per litre.
These prices will be in effect from midnight today until Wednesday, February 1, 2023, when the next fuel price updates will be announced. This is the fourth edition of the weekly fuel price format for this year, and the 211 since its introduction in early 2019.
