Carragher identifies the worst managed club in England

Jamie Carragher, a former Liverpool defender, claims that Everton are the worst managed club in the country.

According to him, the club’s hierarchy has “demonized all the fans.”

Carragher’s comments come after Everton sacked Frank Lampard as their manager after less than a year in charge.

Lampard’s sacking follows owner Farhad Moshiri attending his first game since October 2021 when the Toffees lost at West Ham.

It was the Toffees’ third consecutive defeat in the league.

“I have said that Everton is the worst managed club in the country. That was not a frivolous comment as a former Liverpool player, I say that as a former Everton fan.

Why do all Everton managers fail? Lampard, Champions League-winning coaches like Benítez and Ancelotti, Silva, Koeman have been around the world. So, when a club fails, you have to look up. It’s a disaster,” Carragher said on Monday Night Football.
