Accor targets the residential sector with the launch of a platform – Boutique Hotel News


Worldwide: Accor has launched Accor One Living, a new platform to support the development and operation of branded residences and mixed-use projects.

Accor One Living will focus on mixed-use products such as coworking, extended-stay hotels, private clubs and more, as well as branded residences.

The team will organize regionally and work with partners to ensure each project’s design and services meet the needs of specific homebuyers. Accor One Living will support the sales and marketing process prior to operating the finished product.

There is a dedicated website for potential home buyersand a second website supports the Branded residence owners and investment partners with a tool to market the rental of private residences and extended-stay hotel properties.

Jeff Tisdall, Accor One Living’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Accor is breaking new ground with the creation of Accor One Living, building on the tremendous success we’ve had as a category leader in branded and mixed-use residences. . Accor has more than 135 brand residence projects in operation or under development, in 22 different brands. Looking ahead, Accor One Living expects to open more than 125 brand new residential communities in the coming years, including landmarks such as The OWO Residences by Raffles in London, SO/Uptown Dubai Residences and Raffles Residences Boston Back Bay.

Under the group’s lifestyle division, Ennismore, Shelter Mom has just announced its foray into brand residences.
