Several East County school districts will close Tuesday after stormy weather

Several east county school districts will be closed Tuesday as a result of stormy weather that has plagued San Diego County for several days, the San Diego County Office of Education Announced.

He Julian Union Elementary School District, Julian Union High School District, Mountain Empire Unified School District, Spencer Valley School District Y Warner Unified School District everything will be closed on Tuesday.

A SDCOE spokeswoman said that “the safety of students and school staff is of the utmost importance to San Diego County school districts,” and the districts listed above would be closed due to weather and road conditions.
