UAE: Shelter Mom will launch the first Mama Residences in Dubai’s Business Bay Area.
The Mama Residences are being designed by Italian Marco Mangili with interiors by French designer El Doghaili Benjamin. The project is a partnership with The Devmmark group, appointed as the lead agent for the sale and marketing of the property.
The apartments will range in size from studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and will feature fully-equipped kitchens and built-in appliances, as well as a smart home automation system.
Residents of The Mama Residences will have full access to hotel amenities, including four swimming pools, a multi-use fitness center, an outdoor amphitheater with a lounge and entertainment area, a children’s pool, and play areas. , and a poolside terrace with several bars and a DJ. tower.
In addition to discounted F&B, residents can also book services such as private catering, personal trainers, shopping, transportation, and childcare assistance.
