Barcelona is already preparing for the final of the Spanish Super Cup against Real Madrid. Ousmane Dembele and Frenkie De Jong finished the semifinal against Real Betis with discomfort. Therefore, they are doubts for the ‘Clásico’ next Sunday.
Barcelona carried out a recovery training session this Friday at the hotel in Saudi Arabia, where the Spanish Super Cup is being held.
Xavi Hernández tried to take maximum care of Frenkie de Jong and Ousmane Dembele. Both players finished the semifinal against Real Betis with discomfort.
“De Jong and Dembélé have been replaced due to discomfort. Let’s hope they’re just a nuisance and that they’re in good shape for the final”, said the coach after the game.
For this reason, the Barcelona coaching staff prepared a recovery session. The official training session will take place on Saturday at the Al Nassr training complex.
