Nottingham Forest beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-3 on penalties to progress to the Carabao Cup semi-finals after a 90-minute 1-1 draw at the City Ground on Wednesday.
Forest scored first in the 18th minute and held the lead until the 64th minute before Wolves striker Raúl Jiménez equalized the score in the 64th minute, dragging Forest into a penalty shootout.
