“It was two or three Christmases ago, and we were sitting watching Ali G on TV.” William Said in a previous interview.
“We were laughing when she arrived.
“She couldn’t perceive what was happening, so we defined to her what she was doing.
“Harry and I confirmed what to do.
“She loved it, and after three tries she had it.”
Harry added that after a family dinner she snapped her fingers and said, “Respect,” and the family laughed.
Harry also says that he drank his first cocktail with her.
According to Adrian Tinniswood’s e-book ‘Behind the Throne: A Domestic History of the Royal House’, the queen mom appreciated a drink.
Said she would start one day with a dubonnet and gin before lunch, wine with lunch and before dinner Martini.
