EPL: Agbonlahor selects team to face Arsenal despite being one point behind City

Gabby Agbonlahor, former Aston Villa captain, believes Manchester United will pressure Arsenal for the Premier League title this season.

According to Agbonlahor, Man United are one point behind Manchester City, adding that the Red Devils can still compete with Arsenal, who said they could still lose points, for the title.

The Man United players were in impressive form on Tuesday night when they defeated Bournemouth 3-0 at Old Trafford after goals from Casemiro, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford.

The win leaves Erik ten Hag’s men fourth in the league, level on points with Newcastle and just one point behind second-placed Man City, who have a game to play.

“I said this last week, I said Manchester United should be looking for a title race,” Agbonlahor told talkSPORT on Wednesday.

“Everyone was like, you’re crazy saying that, but why not? One point behind Manchester City now, nine points behind Arsenal, Arsenal could still lose points. Manchester United have to be looking to push Arsenal.”
